The Force is our competitive tumbling team. They compete in the USA Gymnastics Tumbling and Trampoline program(www.usa-gymnastics.org/tt) and the United States Tumbling & Trampoline Association (www.usta1.org). They practice 3 days a week for 2 1/2 hours each day. They travel all around Indiana and compete against teams from all over the Mid-West. All team members must be able to do a back hand spring. Pre-Team This class is for ages 4-7 who have never competed but may wish to do so in the future. They meet 2 times a week for 1 hr at a time!
